License of Use
All the Sample Packs that you will find here are 100% royalty-free, that means that they can be used for your own musical creation, and thus be uploaded to digital platforms (such as Spotify, Soundcloud, etc.) and social medias, as long as when the Sample Pack has been purchased directly from the sites where Seven Sounds distributes (including Seven Sounds' own site). Seven Sounds will not charge royalties for the use of its samples.
The content of Seven Sounds may not be used if you download it illegally, nor may you resell it in sample distribution stores, nor transfer it, nor upload it to illegal free download pages, nor upload it to channels with the free download link zip. These acts may incur lawsuit processes.
The property of all packs belongs to Seven Sounds, but at the time of purchase you are granted the license of the product you purchased, for your free use in musical projects, video games (and everything that leads to the creation with sounds). It is licensed to you, but we do not sell it, and it is not exclusive.
Since our sounds are downloaded by thousands of people daily, we strongly recommend that you edit or modify them before using them in your projects. This may include changes to the structure, effects, processing, or mixing.
If a sample is used without modification, there may be matches in content identification systems (Content ID, Shazam, etc.), which could lead to claims or restrictions on digital platforms. We are not responsible for these claims, as we are warning you about the need to modify the sounds.
By downloading and using our samples, you agree that SEVEN SOUNDS is not responsible for any third-party claims related to content identification. It is your responsibility to ensure that you modify the sounds sufficiently to avoid these issues.
