Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at infosevensounds@gmail.com

Once the return has been made, you will not have any right to use the zip files sent to you at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Seven Sounds does not refund if:

If you changed your mind and no longer need/want the product

If you don't know how to use the product

If you do not have knowledge of how to use a music software, in order to use the product.

 

A refund is made if the product is proven to be defective.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
